| It's a new year and I am finally back after a brief time out from the internet and all its bells and whistles. I have not been the best blogger of all time, either by the frequency or quality of my posts. However, I've come to the conclusion that it's all part of the learning curve. I have been frustrated with myself that I have not been able to pick things up quicker or have more time to work on my blogs but words of wisdom from my better half have helped me see the light. So I'll make my first post of 2012 short and sweet. The image above is one of the reasons I have not had much time on my hands. We had planned to move somewhere bigger so we would have more room and I could have a dedicated workroom. Sadly, our plans for moving fell through and we had to decide if we were going to renew our lease or not. Happily, we decided to renew our lease and as we're going to be staying for the foreseeable future we totally reconfigured the living room. I bought a giant desk from IKEA and now this is the workspace that I have newly arranged in the corner. Now we are a matching pair with my better half in one corner at his desk/workstation and me in my corner. Let's hope that they prove fruitful! |
